Ami Noss comes from a long line of health care professionals and while growing up, had several jobs in hospitals and assisted living facilities before finding her home in the creative writing department at the University of Washington. Health writing perfectly combines two of her top interests. She lives in Seattle, where she can frequently be found huddled in front of the fireplace with her son and two cats.
