The Village at Mariners Point was okay. The model was nice which included granite countertops in kitchen and bath and nice cabinetry, but when viewing an apartment it was cheap laminate counters... Read the full review.

I hope I will be able to stay here or at a place like this when I am much older. I love everything about this place. I had great time on the tour.

The biggest disappointment about this community is that they have facilities like a gym, swimming pool and a pub that because most of the residents are not active they do not get used frequently... Read the full review.
