Raise Alzheimer’s Awareness on the Longest Day
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the U.S.
It affects more than 36 million people worldwide and over 5.2 million Americans, and more needs to be done to raise awareness and do away with the stigma of the disease.
That is why Alzheimers.net is giving away a signed copy of Chicken Soup for the Caregiver’s Soul, by Joan Lunden, in honor of Alzheimer’s awareness and the Longest Day.
We want to know how you will participate in The Longest Day, and what you think can be done to reduce the stigma around Alzheimer’s, to win.
Share your story with us by June 21, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. PST, to be entered in the sweepstakes.
