Raise Alzheimer’s Awareness on the Longest Day
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the U.S.
It affects more than 36 million people worldwide and over 5.2 million Americans, and more needs to be done to raise awareness and do away with the stigma of the disease.
That is why Alzheimers.net is giving away a signed copy of Chicken Soup for the Caregiver’s Soul, by Joan Lunden, in honor of Alzheimer’s awareness and the Longest Day.
