Activities ProvidedThe Activity Program is based on Montessori principles allowing for purposeful and engaging stimulation and involvement. One example of our Montessori based activities is the Intergenerational Gardening Project. Our residents teamed up with teens from the Boys and Girls Club and together they are growing vegetables, herbs and flowers in our spacious courtyards. The flowers are being used for bouquets for beautiful table decorations. The intergenerational teams will make homemade salsa with the vegetables and herbs as well as zucchini bread and spaghetti sauce. Music and singing are daily activities. Musicians and performers provide weekly entertainment and sing-a-longs around the piano provide impromptu moments of camaraderie. Weekly van outings include going to concerts and museums, the Farmer's Market, sculpture parks, scenic drives in the foothills and to lakes, shopping adventures, beer tastings, paint your own pottery studios, therapeutic horse back riding and much more.

Beautiful, brand new facility, lovely landscaping and high level of care. Sliding price scale based on level of care makes it difficult to gauge and budget long term costs.
