OVERALL THE FACILITY AND STAFF WAS AVERAGE, COMPARED TO 2 OTHER FACILITIES THAT I HAD TOURED ON THAT DAY. COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CLEANER, NOTICED AN ODOR WHEN I ENTERED FACILITY.
