This community can accept residents who are an elopement risk. This community can accept residents who act out physically.

Diabetic Care

Diabetic residents must be able to manage their own care, including blood sugar tests and insulin injections. The community can help residents monitor their blood sugar but cannot give insulin injections. This community can administer insulin injections and blood sugar tests, although are it is not necessarily able to offer sliding scale therapy. This community offers diabetes care and can offer insulin injections, including sliding scale therapy.

Incontinence Care

Incontinent residents must be able to manage incontinence themselves. This staff at this community can remind incontinent residents to use the restroom. This community can care for residents with bowel incontinence. This community can care for residents with bladder incontinence.

Memory Care Offered

This community employs technology to prevent residents from wandering and becoming lost, for example bracelets that will ring an alarm if the resident leaves the community. The memory care area of this community is secured to protect the safety of residents who wander. This community's memory care section can accept residents with major behavior issues. The community's memory care area was purpose built to care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. The community's memory care section is in its own building.

Non Ambulatory Care

This community can provide standby assistance for residents who need help transferring, for example, from a bed into a wheelchair. This community can provide a 1 person assisted transfer for residents who need help transferring, for example, from a bed into a wheelchair. This community can provide a 2 person assisted transfer for residents who need help transferring, for example, from a bed into a wheelchair. This community is equipped to use mechanical lifts transfer for residents who need help transferring, for example, from a bed into a wheelchair.
