Felicity is a village in Clermont County, Ohio, United States. The population was 818 at the 2010 census.Felicity is a village in Ohio that is home to a large number of MCs and Hip Hop moguls, as well as rednecks and meth addicts. It was founded in 1991 by Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest, and Sean Combs; AKA Puff Daddy,AKA Puffy, AKA P-Diddy, AKA Diddy. So many famous rappers have came out of the village that some are calling it the Hip Hop capitol of the world.
