Activities are designed by way of "A Daily Path" consisting of structured offerings at a consistent time of day to minimize stress on residents (cognitive/brain, physical, arts & crafts, discussions, music, sensory, news, dance, socials, etc,). Activities are included for smaller & larger groups offering variety & levels based upon resident cognitive/physical ability. In between meals & every evening, refreshments are provided. Outside entertainment is regularly brought in, residents go out for weekly scenic rides, small groups (2-3) are brought out weekly for outings, a monthly caregiver support group is offered the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm & we hold a monthly themed family celebration/event with food and entertainment at no additional cost. (In addition, we have an in-house cat, bird, fish, 2 guinea pigs and 3 hermit crabs). -
