Activities ProvidedNurturing the Mind, Body & Spirit. Several meaningful activities a day tailored to meet the needs and desires of the resident. Sunrise of Mercer Island employs a full time Activity Director and a full time Life Enrichment Manager whose role is to work one-on-one with our residents -- all to serve just 56 residents. We have twice-weekly musical entertainment. We have fun trips out weekly to museums, gardens, local events. Most recently we have been out to Suncadia Lodge in Roslyn, the Japanese Gardens in Seattle, the Tulip Festival in La Conner, the Museum of Flight to name a few. We have a weekly Men's Breakfast or Lunch and a weekly Ladies Breakfast or Lunch. We have morning exercise, arts and crafts, memory strengthening, bingo, news groups and so on. We celebrate all of the holidays with a special event and families are included in everything that we do!
